Refocusing Housing Public Policy: An Environmental Impact Study

The greatest portion of the paper is a case study of the development of Altgeld Gardens as an island in an area boasting the highest density in landfills in the country. Of 53 dumps within 4 miles, 46 have been investigated and considered for designation as Superfund sites. Bibliography lists 15 sources.
