The Evolution of Hitler’s Anti-Semitism
[ send me this paper ]
This 6 page report
discusses how Adolf Hitler’s anti-Semitism grew in the two
decades preceding World War II and how he used it to inspire the
German people. By 1921, Hitler was speaking to groups that
numbered in the thousands. By the time he published “Mein Kampf”
(1924) membership in the Nazi party had grown to the tens of
thousands. Anti-Semitism and blame laid at the door of the Jews
for Germany’s problems brought eager “converts” to the party.
This paper also discusses how anti-Semitism became more virulent
between the publication of “Mein Kampf” and Hitler’s famous
speech at the Reichstag in January of 1939. Bibliography lists 3
sources.
